Materials
-3mm double-pointed needles (or size required to obtain a dense fabric)
-Stitch marker
-Colour A (a light red/orange for the salami meat)
-Colour B (a darker red/brown for the salami skin)
-Small amount of white for embroidery (fat and netting)
-Tapestry/yarn needle for seaming

CO = Cast on
K = knit
P = purl
Inc = Increase by your preferred method (I prefer to M1)
M1 = Increase by inserting the left needle from front to back into the horizontal strand between the two stitches: Knitting the stitch through the back loop
Dec = Decrease by knitting 2 stitches together
BO = Bind off

Gauge
Not important, as long as a thick fabric is achieved

The salami is worked in the round starting at the end that has been ‘sliced’.

Cut yarn and thread through remaining sts.

Finishing
