Row 3: k3, sm, k1, * sl1 wyf, k2, sl1 wyf, repeat from * to last 4 stitches, k1, sm, k3.

Row 5 k3, sm, k1, * sl 2 wyf, k2, repeat from * to last 4 stitches, k1, sm, k3.

Row 7: k3, sm, k1, * k1, sl 2 wyf, k1, repeat from * to last 4 stitches, k1, sm, k3.

Repeat Rows 1 – 8 until piece measures 17”, ending with a Row 8.

FINISH (Garter Stitch Edge with Hook)

Knit 6 rows, ending on the wrong side.

(RS) Knit across to last two stitches, cast on 12 stitches using backward loop or preferred method, k2tog.
