Knitted Lacy Six-Pointed Star Dishcloth

The Knitted Lacy Six-Pointed Star Dishcloth is a delightful and functional addition to any kitchen. Materials:
1 ball Bernat Handicrafter (or soft worsted weight cotton of your choice)
Set of four Size 7 US (4.5 mm) double pointed needles
Size 7 US (4.5 mm) 16" circular needle
Optional: Size 7 US (4.5 mm) 24" circular needle (or whatever size needles make a fabric you like)

Size:
About 12" diameter from point to point, about 10" from valley to valley.

Instructions
Notes:
Repeat instruction on each needle.
All even-numbered rounds are knitted; don't forget to knit them (like I did)!
At about Rnd 13, change to 16" circular needle.
At about Rnd 19, change to 24" circular needle (if you have one).CO 9 sts.
Place 3 sts on three needles and work with the fourth needle.

Rnd 1: Yo, k1 (18 sts).
Rnd 2 and all even rounds: Knit.
Rnd 3: K1, (k1, p1, k1) in next st, k1.
Rnd 5: SSK, yo, (k1, p1, k1) in nxt st, yo, k2tog.
Rnd 7: SSK, yo, k1, (k1, p1, k1) in nxt st, k1, yo, k2tog.
Rnd 9: (SSK, yo) 2 times, (k1, p1, k1) in nxt st, (yo, k2tog) 2 times.
Rnd 11: (SSK, yo) 2 times, k1, (k1, p1, k1) in nxt st, k1 (yo, k2tog) 2 times.
