Fasten off then weave in all ends.

Edging

Fold Bag Body in half with wrong sides together, do not include flap in folded section. Hold folded bag with half with flap on bottom.

Thread Color C on yarn needle.

Leaving a long starting tail and starting at bottom right corner of bag, mattress stitch through both layers up side of bag and up side of flap.
Sew up through point of flap, wrap yarn loosely around finger, and sew up through point of flap again.
*Bring needle up through center of loop, this will create another loop, pass needle through new loop and pull tight making a small knot around first loop; repeat from * until loop is entirely covered.
Continue mattress stitch down side of flap, and through both layers down side of bag.
Fasten off leaving a long ending tail.

Strap

Cut 15 pieces of Color C, each 90″ long.
Tie them together leaving a tail of 8″.
Divide yarn into 3 groups of 5 and braid together, until braided section is 65″ long, tie a knot in end.

With Color C and yarn needle, sew strap ends to sides of bags with the knots at the bottom corners.
Use yarn needle to thread the tails into the ends of the braid.
Cut tassels to even length.

Finishing

Block bag gently.
Use sewing needle and thread to attach button.
