Materials:
Size 7 US (4.5 mm) needles
Odd balls of cotton yarn in blue, white, and green or or colors of your choice

Instructions:
CO 50 sts with blue.
Knit 4 rows of garter stitch.
Row 1: Knit
Row 2: K5, P10, K10, P10, K15
Rep these 2 rows 4 more times.
Change to white.
Row 1: Knit
Row 2: K15, P10, K10, P10, K5
Rep these 2 rows 4 more times. Change to green.
Knit the rows as in the blue section.
Rep, alternating the 3 colors once more.
End with 10 rows of blue in pattern and 4 rows of garter stitch.
